Eagle Rock derives its name from a massive boulder at the district’s northern edge with an indentation that casts a vaguely bird-shaped shadow at certain times of day.I think it looks like a White Bellied Storm-Petrel. But who would want to live in White Bellied Storm-Petrel Rock?
