I started taking the beasts to Pour La Pooch when I still lived in West Hollywood and it's a habit I can't break. The owner, Gia Batttocchio, has turned customer service into a fine art and let's face it, really great customer service is in depressingly short supply these days. She also keeps detailed notes on each dog that the groomers follow to the letter. But the best part is, when I go to pick up the mutts, they have that new dog smell. Mmmmmmmmmmm.
